Each one of us deserves to create the life we want.   The world tries to distract us one small piece of our soul at a time.  Start with fifteen minutes today.   Deeply breathe and think of that small step you can take which will impact your day .  Once you've stopped you have done it.  That deep thought can be it.  It can be the small step for today.   Tomorrow take another.
